We design all of our items and most are produced on site (unless otherwise noted) and want to provide you with a quality item. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Each item has processing and shipping information in the product's description. Items that are produced on site will have a quicker shipping time than those produced by our manufacturer. Normal delivery for items produced by our manufacturer can take up to 17 business days for processing and shipping. Once your item ships from our location you will be sent a tracking number to track your item's progress. Please note, if you purchase multiple items that originate from our on site location AND also our manufacturer, products will ship separately. So, you would receive a package and tracking number for the item(s) produced in our shop AND another package and tracking number for the item(s) produced by our manufacturer.
I SELECTED THE WRONG ITEM CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations HOWEVER, if you selected an incorrect variation (For example: size/color of same cost and of same item) of an item you can send us a message either during checkout OR TO THIS EMAIL ADDRESS ONLY: LAREINACREATIVES@GMAIL.COM within (1) hour of placing your order and we can send you the preferred item. If you do not follow this process we can NOT guarantee that the change will be made and will process the order as we see it.
I RECEIVED A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION BUT IT'S NOT MOVING. WHY?
It may take a few days before the USPS tracking shows any movement. Sometimes it won't show any movement until it has reached the regional distribution. Please give it some time.

We do respond to messages and emails, but please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
